Born and partly raised in Brooklyn, New York, I am a proud New Yorker! Born to two Haitian immigrants, I was raised by my single mother to appreciate and take advantage of all the opportunities that are afforded to me in the United States. Hard work, love for God, love for my fellow human beings and self-respect are some of the values she instilled in me. I am very active in New York politics and some issues/topics that are of particular interests to me are feminism, moral relativism, American society, constitutional issues/law, military/veterans issues, race and gender politics, political ideologies, Christianity in modern America, the two major American political parties in relation to the black community, political communication, American voting behavior and the history and future of the Republican party. I am a graduate of Patriot Academy 2010.
